Photoshoot of scarves

Its almost been a month since a very dear friend and stunning photographer of mine did a professional photoshoot of my scarves. Not only did I have an amazing time but see for yourself how beautiful these shots are? 

We managed to get 3 lovely women to model for us and another friend did the make up!

This was all done at the Spirit Photographic, a beautifully unique refurbished church with the perfect lighting.

What did I learn from this shoot? Always have a plan be and be open to changing your first plan. I had very specific ideas as to how I wanted the models to wear the scarves. As the shoot went on however, we kept it quite relaxed and seeing joy that these scarves brought to the model while she wore it became the most important aspect.

The woman I was trying to capture, is the women who believes just wearing a beautiful scarf can lift your mood. The real woman who wears it in any way they choose. On their head, on their neck or even their shoulders. That these patterns bring them joy! Emilie's stunning photography was able to capture that!
